These beautiful new homes were built specifically for housing anglers, offering an easy end of the day fishing. Hughes Landing is a perfect site for multiple anglers and families who want a private retreat to enjoy their days and evenings. The property is secure, with a gated entry, and nestled among mature oaks and cottonwoods. The newly renovated and improved private boat launch can have you begin or end your day right on the premises.

This custom home has everything you could possibly need, including split system A/C units in each room. Completely powered by solar panels with a backup battery system in case of power outages. Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom while the other 2 rooms share a hall bathroom, offering plenty of privacy and convenience. The kitchen and living room are designed with an open concept, ideal for everyone hanging out at

meal prep and dinner time, reminiscing about their day on the water. There are even laundry facilities in the garage if you want to do a load. Take a bottle of wine and relax in the comfortable chairs overlooking the river to enjoy the beautiful sunset.

This lovely little home is ideal for 2 - 4 anglers or 2 couples. Open concept kitchen and living room make an excellent place to chat, play games, or cook up a gourmet meal. Completely furnished with nice, comfortable, new furniture. This home sits a bit away from the river in the middle of

the property. Has plenty of space for multiple vehicles, drift boats and parking for guests. Also powered by solar with backup batteries. As with the 3-bedroom house, this one also has laundry facilities in the garage.

Group & Corporate Retreats

Hughes Landing is the perfect venue for group trips or your next company retreat. New to fly fishing and couldn’t make it to one of our 3-day schools, no worries, let us arrange a mini school for you and your friends or family with casting lessons and guided fishing. Our guides are wonderful instructors and love to share their passion for fly fishing and the outdoors.
