Rio Marié Fishing Report

Week #7 (September 21 – 28, 2025)

Rio Marie week #7

Another unforgettable week came to an end on the Marié, marked by great camaraderie and remarkable fishing. We had the honor of hosting a group of longtime friends, joined by renowned bat conservationist Merlin Tuttle.

The week’s defining moment was the landing of the 10th peacock bass over 90 cm of the 2025 season — an achievement unmatched anywhere else in the world of peacock bass fishing.

As water levels continued to drop, we look for more and more opportunities to hunt River Giants!

WEATHER CONDITION
Mostly sunny skies with average water temperatures around 28ºC (82ºF).

RIVER CONDITIONS
The water level continues to drop creating increasingly favorable conditions in lagoons and structure throughout the river.
