WEEK’S SUMMARY
The fishing matched the spirit of the group. With water levels steady and dropping, anglers connected with powerful peacock bass across lagoons and structures, testing skill and persistence against some of the river’s largest residents. Giants over 20 lbs made their presence known, proving once again why the Marié is called the River of Giants.

It was a week that blended technical challenge with pure enjoyment—a reminder that at the Marié, success is measured not only in numbers, but also in the stories shared and friendships forged along the way.

LOOKING AHEAD
As water levels continue to drop, the stage is set for even more explosive action in the weeks to come. With each shift in the river, new opportunities arise, and anglers can expect the Marié to keep delivering giants worthy of its legendary name.
