some still waters that produce trout of eye-pop- ping proportions. There truly is something for everyone here, and quite a lot of it!
Up north in the San Martin region, guests are housed in some of the regions finest and most authentic Argentine estancias, typically enor- mous private ranches that often have miles of famous fly fishing rivers winding through their property. Much of the fishing here is done by drifting a large variety of rivers daily and return- ing to the estancias in the evening, though there are also some classic smaller stream options. PRG North was among the first to offer high-end, multi-day float/camping trips on the remote and incredible Limay River tailwater, and these com- fortable adventures have become a highlight for many anglers each season.
Finally, all of the PRG lodges can completely outfit their clients with the best, state-of-the- art loaner gear, including Simms waders and wad- ing shoes, Winston rods, Hatch reels, and all of the leaders and flies, all at no extra charge. For those who want to avoid the hassle of carrying all of your fishing gear to the ends of the
earth, this is a very attractive feature.
